Late check-out cost:

From 12:00 to 24:00 – 50% of the room rate.

When paying for accommodation by transfer to a bank account, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of 100% before check-in at the hotel.

In case of cancellation of an individual reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fine in the amount of the first night of stay. In case of cancellation of a group reservation (from 10 rooms), a fine is charged on the following conditions: cancellation more than 14 days before arrival is not charged; cancellation less than 14 days before arrival is in the amount of the first night of stay.
