Accommodation with pets

Rules for staying with animals:

1. You can bring 1 pet (up to 6 kg per cat or dog) to the room.

The cost of your pet's stay is:

• From 1 to 7 days – 1500 rubles per pet
• For stays of more than 7 days, the fee is charged for each week.

Accommodation of guests with pets is allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established sample (a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations).

2. Before booking a room, the owner of the animal is obliged to inform the hotel administration about the breed of his pet (including age and size) and find out if there are currently any special conditions for his accommodation (conditions may vary). The standard deposit for the placement of a pet is 5,000 rubles.

3. Only warm-blooded non-exotic animals are recognized as pets at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to determine the possibility of accommodation for this pet.

4. The guest is obliged to bring with him a special mat or a special cage, as well as dishes for feeding and drinking for his pet. 5. In the absence of a special cage for a pet, it is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room. The guest is also obliged to notify the hotel administration about the presence of an animal in the room unattended.

6. It is strictly forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel.

7. It is forbidden to use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel, as well as comb out pets in the hotel room.

8. Being in public places, walking dogs is carried out exclusively in a muzzle and on a leash, walking small animals and cats - on leashes or harnesses.

9. Pets are not allowed in public areas of the hotel without the supervision of the owner.

10. Pets are not allowed in the hotel cafe.

11. Walking of pets is carried out on the territory of the hotel, as well as in places marked on the map for walking only if the owner cleans the excrement of his animals.

12. The owner of the pet assumes all responsibility for solving problems of nutrition, cleaning, and walking the animal.

13. All responsibility and expenses for possible damage to the property of the hotel by animals are borne by the pet's owner.

14. All risks associated with and arising from the behavior of the animal, as well as the time and conditions of its stay in the hotel room, are borne by the owner of the animal.

15. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest further accommodation in the hotel in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet. If you left your furry friend alone in the room, then please hang a special sign on the door of the room, which will be given to you at the reception desk. The room will not be cleaned during your absence.
