Points and rewards
After registration, you become a member of the loyalty program.
The "basic" level is assigned immediately after registration.
The "Bronze" level is assigned after the 10th race;
The "Silver" level is assigned after the 25th race;
The "Gold level" is assigned after the 35th race.
The status increase is possible by accumulating nights when staying at the Ulan-Ude hotel for bookings made through direct channels: the official website of the Hotel, the Hotel reservation department, the reception desk of the Hotel. Bookings made on third-party sites are not included in the accumulated nights.
The privileges of a loyalty program participant apply only to one (1) room in which a program participant with the appropriate status resides, and are available only if the reservation is made through direct sales channels (website https://ulan-udehotel.ru /, by phone and at the reception desk).
When booking rooms on the hotel's website, members of the loyalty program receive exclusive rates (Rates for participants):
- according to the rate for participants, the Participating hotel must be booked by the Participant staying in it.
- Discounts on the Rate for participants cannot be combined with discounts on other promotions, offers and other discounts and do not apply to existing bookings and bookings for groups.
To obtain the status and its extension, only the day of stay at the hotel used and paid for personally by the participant with the status is taken into account.
In order to maintain privileges, Members must remain active within the Loyalty Program. If a Participant is inactive for 12 consecutive months, the Participant's status is lowered by 1 step.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or suspend the membership of a loyalty program participant unilaterally without written notification to the guest, if there is suspicion that the Participant:
- committed an act contrary to the current legislation;
- did not pay any invoice issued by the Hotel on time;
- behaved in an inappropriate, abusive or threatening manner or engaged in fraud;
- reported false information to get privileges;
- violated any of these Rules of the loyalty program;
- participated in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the Loyalty Program.
The participant can cancel his participation in the Loyalty Program at any time by sending a written notification of cancellation to the official mail of the Ulan-Ude Hotel — otel.ulanude@mail.ru . All unused privileges and Membership status will immediately expire without the possibility of restoration or transfer.
